We appreciate the fact that you have decided to visit our Web site. We have worked hard, and will continue to do so, to provide you with relevant information regarding different injury-related topics in Florida. You should be aware that this information, while useful, is just that – general information. It is not intended to serve as legal advice. The only way that we provide legal advice is when we consult with our clients, and the only way that someone can become a client of Jack Bernstein, Injury Attorneys is to sign all of the necessary documentation including the contingency fee agreement. You should feel free to submit an inquiry to our firm through any of the forms that appear on this Web site. For over 37 years, the team at Jack Bernstein, Injury Attorneys has worked diligently to respond to all valid inquiries regardless of how they arrived at our office. However, we are not obligated to respond to any inquiries; instead, we offer this free service so that people who may potentially become clients can ask initial questions regarding their situations and perhaps schedule a free initial consultation with one of our Florida injury attorneys. If you send us an inquiry that relates to an area of law that we do not practice, we may refer your inquiry to an attorney who does focus on those cases. It is also possible that we may not respond at all.Once again, all initial consultations with Jack Bernstein, Injury Attorneys are free of charge. However, simply scheduling that free initial consultation and/or completing that free initial consultation does not constitute the forming of an attorney-client relationship. That relationship only begins when a person and an attorney from our law firm sign a retainer agreement. At that point, the attorney-client relationship has been formed. If we decide not to take on your case, Jack Bernstein, Injury Attorneys hereby advises you to immediately contact another attorney. The statute of limitations may apply to your situation, and once that statute of limitations has run the law will bar you from bringing your claim forever, regardless of the facts or circumstances surrounding it.The professionals at Jack Bernstein, Injury Attorneys are Florida injury lawyers, and while some of our attorneys are licensed to practice in courts in different parts of the United States, we are not licensed to practice in every jurisdiction. If you visit our Web site from a jurisdiction where we are not licensed to practice law, you hereby acknowledge that this visit was merely coincidental and not intentional.
