Jack G. Bernstein has built his legal career on the foundational belief that clients always come first. With 37 years of experience, he has personally worked on over 50,000 cases and authored extensive content reflecting his dedication to professionalism and client advocacy.

Education & early training

Mr. Bernstein’s education began at the State University of New York’s Fredonia campus, where he distinguished himself as president of the Honor Society in his freshman year.  

For his legal education, Mr. Bernstein attended the University of Miami School of Law, where he served as a clerk to Manuel A. Crespo, a circuit court judge and president of the Cuban American Bar Association.
